Morocco Ports Contingency

We recognize some of you might have been affected by the challenging implications of the congestion in the West Mediterranean hub ports of Algeciras and Tangier. If your business has been impacted, we would like to update you on the efforts we are putting in place to address this.

We are working hard on an immediate mitigation plan to improve the situation, expecting to see results and a more steady delivery within the coming weeks. To deliver your cargo to its destination as smooth as possible, we have made several specific initiatives. These range from adding extra vessels, removing empty flows out, as well as introducing additional shuttles to balance our flow between East and West Mediterranean.

We understand that this situation is causing complications for you, as a number of containers has suffered delays. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and ensure you that we are putting extra resources into a sustainable resolution.
