Vincent Clerc was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in January 2016.
Vincent joined the Maersk Group in 1997 and has held various positions in financial control and trade management in both North America and Denmark. He headed the transpacific service and Maersk Line’s Asia-Europe service on the world’s largest trade lane.
Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
In September 2016 it was announced that A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S will be reorganised into two separate divisions; Transport & Logistics – which Maersk Line is part of - and Energy. The change in strategy has brought with it a change in leadership at the top of the company.
