Maersk Line introduces a dedicated service from India to West Mediterranean and East Coast South America – the RUMBA service


Maersk Line is delighted to introduce a brand new service from North & West India to West Mediterranean and East Coast South America - RUMBA. This new service from Nhava Sheva, India, will not only offer you a direct connection to the booming Brazilian economy, but will also complete our bouquet of services from North & West India to Europe destinations in addition to the ME1 and ME3 services.

The RUMBA service will operate with the following port rotation: Jebel Ali - Nhava Sheva - Jeddah - Genoa - Barcelona - Algeciras - Port Tangier - Santos - Itajai - Paranagua - Montevideo - Rio Grande.

The first vessel from Nhava Sheva is scheduled for arrival on Aug 3, 2011 - Maersk Danville (Voy No: 1113), with ETD Aug 4, 2011.
