After you dial the toll free numbers, the system will request you to dial the MIN number of the customer service executive who you may wish to speak to.
A MIN number is the four digit extension number of your customer service executive and dialing the MIN number will help you reach out to the specific agent directly.
You can obtain your MIN numbers by writing in to the concerned desk as per the below table.
MIN number generation is a one-time process and will help you save time every time you want to get in touch with our customer service executive.
If you call the toll free number and are unaware of the MIN number, please dial “0” and follow the IVR prompt.
