Brazil to Central America / Caribbean and United States – General Rate Increase (GRI)

In order to keep our services sustainable, it is necessary for us to implement the following General Rate Increase for the base rate in the Brazil North bound trade.
Effective date: 2 July 2012
Scope: Brazil to Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and Cuba
General Rate Increase: USD 300/600/600 per 20’/40’/45’ high cube container
Effective date: 4 July 2012
Scope: Brazil to Colombia, Puerto Rico, and USA (via U.S. Gulf Coast; New Orleans and Houston)
General Rate Increase: USD 300/600/600 per 20’/40’/45’ high cube container
We appreciate understanding of this increase as a necessary measure to continue to meet service requirements.
