In-transit Demurrage Charges for Cargo Moving via Newark / Philadelphia
Effective April 1, 2012 port demurrage charges will be applicable to Canadian origin / destination cargo held in transit at the ports of Newark, NJ and Philadelphia, PA due to customs inspection / Government regulation.
