Customer service transformation

We are currently in a transformation phase of our customer service processes aiming to improve quality and standardize services we provide. During this change part of services that we usually provide locally will be executed by our colleagues from India Service Center as result you will start receive e-mail requests and replies from them.
There will be no change to e-mail addresses we use, so you will not fill the difference in our usual communication. This transformation should enable us to provide even better service and response time.
