New Legal Entity – Maersk Line India Private Limited

Please be advised that effective August 1, 2011, Maersk Line India Private Limited (MLIPL) shall be our nominated representative in India in place of Maersk India Pvt. Ltd.

This change will have no impact on any of our business processes.

However, kindly note that, effective August 1, 2011; all freight invoices will be raised by “Maersk Line India Private Limited” on behalf of A. P. Moller –Maersk A/S.
