New Collection Services

We have opened new collection counters at select locations across India to speed up your payment and document surrender processes. All you will need is your invoice from Maersk Line and you will be able to make your payments at the designated collection counter. This new facility will ensure you receive your documents fast over e-channels while eliminating your waiting time at our counters.

We have outsourced the collection counters to CMS Securitas Ltd, part of the 25 year old CMS Group of Companies. They have many years of experience in Cash Management and related services.

You will receive an instant acknowledgement of the payment from CMS while the receipt will be emailed to the email address indicated by you in the deposit slip*, within the next working day. Import customers may also surrender the Bill of Lading at the collection counter and on receipt of payment, the Delivery Order will be mailed across to the email i.d. indicated in the deposit slip*.

Import customers requiring factory de-stuffing, must surrender the one-time bond to the local ML office and can indicate it accordingly in the deposit slip.
