Cut-off empty units pick up:

To pick any empty unit after the corresponding cut-off up, an email to (urucsegen@maersk.com) has to be sent.

Late Arrival Request:

Any full unit entered after the CY cargo cut-off is considered Late arrival, the cost is USD 200 per container, in all the cases an email to (urucsegen@maersk.com) has to be sent informing about this event.

Change of destination while unit is gated in = USD 300/container + restows.

Any shipping instruction coming after the Documentation cut-off is considered as Late Shipping Instruction (USD 100/shipping instruction) and might be subject to Brazilian Customs or EU Customs rejections.

Reefer units rolled or cancelled 24 hs or less than empty cut-off are subject to No Show Fee or Cancellation Fee, the cost is USD 500/container.
