· Customs clearance at origin/destination on account of cargo interests and to be performed in the Line's arrival/sailing ports.

· When fixing your shipments, please bear in mind that there are expenses subject to fluctuation within the validity period of the present quotation: BAF, CAF, local expenses, etc. To consult BAF/CAF, please click HERE.

· Pharmatheutical products are quoted as per cargo value. In case you are interested in shipping this kind of cargoes, you are kindly requested to get in previous contact with your local sales representative.

· If the agreed free time is exceeded, such an excess time will be invoiced under the concept of Demurrages, which charges shall be claimed to both, the shipper and to the consignee, as well as to others intervening on its representation in contracting the transportation. · If the container or containers is/are not returned emptied and cleaned within the agreed period of time , such an excess time will be invoiced under the concept of Detentions, which charges shall be claimed to both, the shipper and to the consignee, as well as to others intervening on its representation in contracting the transportation. · In case of no payment for freight and /or demurrages, and/or detentions and /or expenses, same shall be claimed to both, the shipper and to the consignee, as well as to others intervening on its representation in contracting the transportation.
