It is not allowed to make an “attachment sheet” for shipping marks.

3. Countries where attachment of Description & mark, Seaway bills of lading are not allowed and Countries must show freight details as Attachment 1.

Asia and Middle East
1. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Bangladesh
It is a mandatory requirement to provide the full address of the consignee.
2. Indonesia
It is required to show the actual consignee name on the bill of lading. It is not acceptable to provide the inward forwarder agent’s name instead.
3. Cambodia
Please scan or fax a copy of the House bills of lading, if any to tpecusexpaaa@maersk.com or fax number (02) for Customs declaration at destination.
4. Japan and Korean
Not allowed to use the package type "pallet"
It is neccessary to show the smallest external package type
5. Indian
After the import manifest has been filed with Indian customs, we will not be in a position to entertain requests for:
Change in consignee name, details, etc.
Any amendments to the Bill of lading.
Europe and Africa
1. Netherlands

Seaway bills of lading are not acceptable.

4. Bulgaria, Cyprus, Syria and Turkey
