If you have received a certificate after oneline service registeration, please send a certificate number and contract number to (KORCSEMNG@MAERSK.COM) and request access for rate look up .
To get a certificate number, please go to ’Tool’ - > ’Internet option’ -> ’Content’ -> ’Certificates’. You will be able to find a Maersk line ID which is a certificate number.
4. How can I get a confirmation after booking and S/I submission in maerskline.com?
New Booking : Email, fax or online notification will be sent to a customer in 2 hours after booking submission.
Documents : Verify copy will be sent to a customer via email, fax or online notification.
B/L amendment : Revised B/L will be sent to a customer within 4hrs after request. Please amend B/L on maerskline.com, or send an amendment request to (PNQGSCAMD@maersk.com).
Web B/L issue : Web B/L will be issued within an hour after request.
5. How can I get a Bill of lading?
You can receive a B/L on website, or visit Maersk Korea office to pick it up. For web B/L issue, please request customer service for registeration.
6. When can I pick up a Bill of Lading?
We recommend you to pick up B/L within 2 days after vessel departure.
For prepaid shipment, Late Collection Fee (USD 35 per 20dry, USD 70 per 40dry) will be invoiced unless you pick it up within 7 days after vessel departure.
7. How can I check T/S or Discharge code when delivering containers into CY?
The code system of Maersk Line and terminal is not aligned, therefore please check code with corresponding terminal.

11. How can I register for online service and get a certificate?
You need to get a certificate in order to use online service.
Please click ‘Register’ on top right of the screen, fill out required information, and then click ‘OK’.
12. How can I check vessel schedule?
Please click ‘Schedule’ on top left of the main page, then you will jump to ‘Search by location’.
On ‘Search by Locations’ screen, please input location in the ‘From / To’ field, select departure/arrival date, and then click ‘Look up’ button.
Please select corresponding location on Route look up and click ‘Search’. You will find a vessel schedule.
13. How can I have an overview of vessel schedule, berthing time and MRN?
On bottom of the main page, please click ’Vessel schedule & MRN’. And then you’ll jump to vessel schedule screen.
14. Where can I find information on Free time, detention & demurrage?
On top right of the main page, click ‘Freetime & demurrage’ .

• Detention : 4 days
• Free time at Busan New Port : 14 days
• Free time at Kwangyang Port : 14 days
Please ensure to check with customer service about freetime in case special container or container to be loaded on vessel shared with other carriers. Freetime might differ in such cases.
15. How can I track my containers?
On top left of the main page, please click ’Tracking’ to jump to ’Tracking’ screen.
Select ‘Reference type (i.e. Container no. Document no. Booking no) and type a corresponding number, then click ‘Track’ button.
