That’s why we’ve introduced the Priority Product upgrade – a money-back, priority loading that you purchase at the time of booking, in cases where your booking would otherwise be rejected.
Available at the time of booking The Priority Product upgrade is only available at the time of booking and is not a replacement for your ordinary contract. When you try to book a shipment and find that we are unable to accept your booking due to high demand, you will now be offered the Priority Product upgrade option, which you are free to accept as you wish.
Why a Priority Product upgrade? Customers have approached us, requesting an upgrade product and we recognize that different customers have different needs at different times. That’s why you can now upgrade to a new premium offer – the Priority Product.
We provide you with the option to adjust our service to your supply chain. So when a booking rejection or a delayed shipment would normally be the only other alternatives, we give you a choice to load your cargo.
What is a Priority Product upgrade?

The upgrade is ideal if you have urgent cargo, don’t know what your shipping needs are weeks before shipping departure or if you have ad-hoc needs
Dynamic pricing The Priority Product upgrade is not available for a fixed fee, but is priced dynamically and will vary depending on space on the vessel and market demand.
Money-back guarantee If for some reason, we cannot load your cargo on the planned vessel, we will refund the cost of the upgrade and of course schedule your cargo for the next available departure with a free upgrade to Priority Product
