Release process

Dear Customer,

Please find below the documents that we need for releasing Delivery order / Empty letter

1. Original B/L of Lading duly endorsed or copy of Non negotiable B/L
2. No Objection Letter (NOC) letter from the consignee on the consignee's letterhead
3. Factory destuffing bond on a INR 100 stamp paper attested by the bank

4. Demand draft of the payable amount / Cheque payment only if cheque acceptance is their in the name of "Maersk India Pvt Ltd"
5. Security Deposit (applicable for New Delhi): INR 5000=20 footer ; INR 10000=40 footer; INR 15000= Reefer container.
6. House B/L copy if manifested as per House B/L details
7. High Sea Sales agreement copy in case applicable
8. Manifest pass copy in case any amendments had to be approved by local customs
