Damaged cargo

Dear Customer,

In order to go ahead with the joint survey, please forward us the below information

1. Documents required - Copy of BL, Invoice and packing list.
2. Need the address of the premises where the container is present.
3. Contact details of the consignee - Name, Mobile and Email address.

Please send us the above information in a mail on (indcsidir@maersk.com) and (indopsclm@maersk.com)

Important things to remember:

1. Joint Survey would be done post DO release only.
2. Joint Survey of cargo has to be done before or at the time of removal of goods.
3. Joint Survey requests after 3 days of taking delivery with no indication of any damage would not be considered as per Maersk Bill of lading.
