Rate Confirmation Process

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our continuing effort to provide you with a seamless end to end experience we would like to re-affirm our rate confirmation process which, in turn, impacts your booking confirmation time and the accuracy of your invoices.

With effect from this month we aim to provide you with a Rate Confirmation message within 4 hours, which will supply you with the following details:

  • Contract number and the rates filed
  • Rate validity
  • The port pair, cargo and equipment type for which the rates have been filed.

In case of any discrepancy in the rates, we request you to revert to us within 24 hours of receipt of this message.

You can expect this message to reach you from GSCSALSUPWCA@maersk.com . In the instance that you do not receive this confirmation message, please do not hesitate to reach out to your sales contact.

While placing a booking please bear in mind to use the same specifications (contract number, port pair, cargo type, rate validity etc) as provided in the rate confirmation message to avoid any resultant delays and inconveniences.

This initiative is just another step towards making transacting with us easier for you and ensuring accurate invoicing.
