Secondary ports with reefer acceptance (please refer to Service Points) can only handle frozen cargo, not chilled. Chilled reefers can, however still be accepted to/from Toamasina.
OOG cargo only accepted to/from Toamasina, subject to our standard procedures. IMO cargo accepted to all ports mentioned under Service Points, subject to our standard procedures. Break Bulk cargo acceptance remains limited to Toamasina and requires prior approval from the Management
