This is a service applicable whenever the customer requests the carrier to process a booking at a different office than the Place of Receipt or Place of Delivery for the shipment.
If documentation is also requested to be processed in a location that is not the Place of Receipt or Place of Delivery of the shipment, then a BLF (Transport Document Issuance fee) will be applied.
