A service offered by the carrier in which the customer can upgrade a booking to ensure the cargo is loaded, when the vessel’s space is constrained, or when the customer’s planned allocation has been exceeded.
This service is applicable upon the customer’s request and acceptance of the upgrade service, and it is subject to the carrier's booking acceptance policy.

Agency Logistics Fee
A port agency fee that covers work within the port, including, but not limited to: vessel clearance, filing of documents with Customs, work with other authorities, survey reports, terminal fees, etc.
The fee is paid by the carrier on behalf of the customer, and the related fee is passed on to the customer.
